It is a collection of programs in which professors and researchers present the results of their annual research, observation and theorizing in the field of Arbaeen to the presence of the Imam and the divine guardian and expose them to the elites of the world. Artists, with a correct and deep understanding and by creating weighty and glorious works, present themselves to the Imam and the divine guardian and pave the way for the Qur'anic and heavenly life for the world community.
During the past years and during 5 periods, 10 international congresses have been held in Utbah Moqaddasah Hosseinieh, Holy Mosque of Kufa, Najaf Ashraf University, Imam Mehdi Seminary of Najaf Ashraf, etc. by this institute. Half of these programs, entitled "Covenant with Al-Hussein AS", have dealt with cultural and artistic issues, and half of them, under the title of "Meeting Al-Hussein AS", have been responsible for presenting scientific topics.
